Account use
Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, and protecting sign-in credentials. BMS may only be used lawfully for the customer's own business operations.
Subscription and cancellation
BMS paid access is offered at $119 per month or $99 per month when billed annually for one restaurant location. The annual plan is charged all at once for the year. The purchase page shows the charge, renewal terms, applicable taxes, and cancellation options before checkout. Feature scope or pricing for future purchases may change with notice.
Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their submitted operating data and grant BMS permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Service availability
BMS is provided on an as-available basis. Restaurant staff must verify counts, invoices, orders, recipes, and reports before relying on them for purchasing, accounting, or regulatory decisions.
